I am rejecting this response because: I don’t feel I should have to go through fee arbitration. After 7 months of trying to get a copy of my final bill and refund I had to go through the Revdex.com for help. We should be able to settle this. I paid 1500.00 for a retainer fee in December 2015. January 2016 I paid 3500.00 for MSC for a total of 5000.00. My total expenses were 3008.25. I received a refund of 1209.85 which leaves a refund balance of 781.90. I should be able to receive my refund of 781.90 and the billing error of 66.50 for a total of 848.40 and end this. I shouldn’t have to file a fee arbitration to receive my refund.
