As it appears that he do not have the corrected billing statement hopefully the cumulative statement would have cleared up any confusion regarding the fees incurred on his behalf with our office and the amount remaining in his trust
He had originally paid $2,per his retainer agreement, and had incurred costs in the amount of $and attorney fees in the amount of $1,for a total of fees and costs in the amount $2,Accordingly, this would leave a remaining balance of $in his trust account which was mailed to him and received by him
On April 14, 2015, we sent him the remaining funds in his trust accountThe funds received by him was in the amount of $which is more than what is reflected in his statement ($503.82) as we refunded a portion of the Administration Cost in the amount of $(per entry of 11/30/showing an Administration fee of $12.60, which is the amount that was refunded.)

I initially found Attorney *** *** through the KZST Legal Line and chose to ask my initial question and subsequent consultation because through the Legal Line, the consultation was FREEAs I was leaving the office after the initial consultation, *** said there was NO CHARGE and I remember feeling relieved and glad that I chose her for my legal helpAt the VERY LEAST, I want the $consultation back because that IS what was promised!!! It is unbelievably unfair and unethical that any business can decide a year and a half after services were rendered and final billing completed that charges can be added that were not in the final billing just because the business already has your money and they know they can keep it!! I suppose because this business is a law office, they feel they can get away with anything they want to
I would like the full $of my trust account back but at the VERY LEAST I want the consultation fee of $back as that amount was promised to be FREE
