Attorney failed to return my personal documents (Tax returns) . She failed to communicate with me about my case, was late to 1st meeting and did not inform me of the appropriate information that was needed until 1 hour prior to meeting with the Trustee's office. She alleged that she did not get any calls from me, she never returned calls or emails. She failed to inform me of my appearance needed for a hearing, as a result my cade was dismissed and to date she has not communicated with me about the dismissal. I learned of the dismissal when I received my bill from the water department, I emailed her, & her assistant. I notified the main office in New Jersey and to date have not received a phone call, letter, or email from the attorney. However, she made sure when I hired her that I pay her in full before she would file my Chapter 13. I have only spoken with her 2x since filing in February 2015. I'm not asking for any money, but I damn sure need to know what she did for me for $1900. I would not recommend Georgette Miller to anyone. If you felt that you could not help me, you should have been honest instead of taking my money.
