truck and signed the invoice clearly stating it was AS IS. ALSO, this was 6 months ago and we never heard of any complaints until now. If this had come up whenever he purchased the Truck we would have been more than happy to accommodate Mr. [redacted] and take care of the problem. But, the fact that he took delivery 6 months ago and to my knowledge the Truck did not have a bent frame when it left here seems very questionable.
