HORRIBLE! My daughter had a wreck that totaled her car (and taken by ambulance to hospital) and incurred medical bills. JJ took 20 months, yes 20 moths to settle the case! Dealt with 4 different paralegals. Horrible follow-up and to top it all off, JJ walked away with more money in the settlement than my daughter did! I have dealt with multiple lawyers in my lifetime and I can honestly say, JJ is the WORST ever!
