Review: This company has been doing credit inquiries on my behalf. I have NEVER authorize these people to run my credit. I have two (2) credit inquiries on my creidit report making my credit score to go lower each time and by the looks of it , it looks like they will continue to check my credit report until somebody put a stop to it.. Now my credit score has go down and I am unable to get the things I am planning for. I have tried contacting them, but nobody EVER answers the phone!Desired Settlement: I need these hard inquiries off my credit report if possible. They need to STOP looking at my credit report!!

As background, our office is a collection law firm and we attempt to reach resolutions with Customers when their accounts are placed in our office for collections. I am unable to locate any information in regards to an account for Mr. [redacted] as it could have previously been placed in our office for collection and then removed. As general information, if Mr. [redacted]'s credit bureau was accessed by our office, it was done so for the permissible purpose of collections on an account. Any reporting done on an account is done by the original creditor and/or the current creditor
