Have purchased multiple ECM's and TCM's from AutoModule Source - never had an issueStaff is friendly and helpful ( most of the time I deal with ***), they always provide the Tracking # so I know the part is on the wayI usually get my parts within 3-business days (I live in Chicago, IL)Love the UPS pre-paid labels for returning cores, makes the returns easierJust make sure you have the VIN, mileage and the part# - they program it for youEverything is Plug and Play - no need for dealershipAwesome companyI am very happy with this Business

I should start by saying that I am a femaleYou know how we are often taken advantage of when it comes to anything automotive...unfortunately
My car had a number of electrical issues as a result of some floodingRather than blowing a ton of money for one at the dealership my mechanic suggested these guysHe said he has bought from them numerous times and never had any problemsAfter telling me which model to get, I called them upThe process was way smoother than I imagined and within the day the new ECM was installed by my mechanicGreat experience

We ordered an ECM - engine control module for a chevy truckWe received promptly via express mailThey have to tune it specifically for our truckWhen we installed, it did not work and we had to send backThey still "charged" us the 25% restocking feeThe restocking fee should not be a percentage of the amout returned, but a set chargeWe will have to pay $for their mistake, which we asked them to "wave" due to their mistakeThey refused and revealed how unfriendly and poor their customer service is

I was skeptical at first after searching and finding other auto computer outlets that we would get a working unit. My fears were unfounded. Automodule Source got it right! Gave all the info they requested and 4 day later, I received the unit. They advertise "Plug and Play" and thats exactly what it was. Plugged in the new unit, fired the car up and it ran! YIPPIEEE! I could not be any happier! True to their word, it was plug and play, super easy to do. Just be sure that when you give your VIN and mileage, that it is correct.

I have not dealt with customer support yet, but the gal who took my order was knowledgeable and friendly so I suspect customer support will be too. I am VERY happy with this outfit!

Worst Experience in my automobile History, I been a mechanic for 15 years. I bought an item from this place it worked great for a week. I wrote an email to the company stating why I would keep the core longer since I started having problems with the computer the second week. I send the "new" computer back they refused to warranty this item since I never send the core back. The core worked but I was getting a code therefore I could not pass inspection. The new one died and I could not go to work so I put the old computer on. I bought a computer from another company have not have any issues. Please stay away from this people. I called several times one time they told me I was getting the computer that week never got it called two weeks later they told me your out of luck. Two hundred dollars later and no computer....

These people are liers never telling the truth is ordered a part and not once was told they didn't have it then took a week to get and send to me, I pay for overnight shipping to get it Saturday but they put for weekday delivery, so there's another couple days my kids are out of school thanks a lot for not knowing how to be honest I will update this review when I finally received my part

Ordered ECM via eBay. Ordering was easy. Automatically got an email from them with the info they needed to re-progarm the ECM. I had p0601 code on my 1999 Durango. Got follow up email about the P0601 (needed to change the battery as well). ECM came within 3 business days (with installation instructions - very easy - just follow the steps). My ECM has been working for over 8 months now. Core return was easy, they provide you with a pre-paid label, you just use the same box and drop the package off at Post Office. Customer service was Top Notch. Thank you again

NEVER IN MY FREAKING LIFE WOULD I BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND VERY VERY RUDE I got a tom module for my 2005 dodge magnum because I got a code on my car that mines had went out so I went to this business to get a TCM they sent it to me took about 3 days and then I got it took it out the box and never used it because I found out that it was my Speed Sensor so I call and spoke with this VERY RUDE LADY customer service Person Maggi the first time I called she got my email and was going to send me a shipping label to my email I waited 5 hours nothing so I called the next day to tell her it did not come so she began to get very rude huffing and puffing I'm asking her why is she getting mad about sending a label to my email she was like because it freaking cost money . so I told her its not like the most is coming out of your pocket so she sent again and the label still did not come after 2 hours so I called spoke with her again and ask could she just fax it over to me she was very rude and with a very smart mouth so after I called back after I got to the local bilo I asked to speak with someone other then her because I was tired of dealing with how rude she was so the guy sent the label and I shipped it out to the store I paid $349.00 for the part they told me it would be in my account the same day they got the package the package was at the store for 4 day nothing was put in my account so I called and asked when will it be placed in my account she told he 3 - 5 business days so as I waited and looked at my account they only gave me $261.75 back so I called back telling her about not sending my full amount back she's trying to tell me I told her it would be ok to take 25% of the money away from the $349 for a restocking fee for them to fix the freaking part I never even used I had the part for 3 days being that they would not send me the label
so after I told her I want all of my money she get rude starts talking over me telling me that I said to keep the money ... why in the [redacted] would I tell her to keep the money when I never used the part I and only had it for a few days she still tries to talk over me then tells me she will send the money back to my account today as of March XX XXXX and don't I ever [redacted] call them back and slams the phone in my face if any of you guys reading this DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

how on earth this company receives an A+ is beyond me. purchased a CEM from them two years ago, with a lifetime warranty. it failed, they refused to honor the warranty. Since they are the only place to get a CEM for my vehicle, we puchased another one, this time they refuse to give us our core refund $100 because we didn't use their label to ship the core back to them... even though they GLADLY sold it to us knowing we are in Canada and can not use their shipping label to send it back. Core was sent back within the time frame, but they now refuse to give us the $100 core refund. appallingly bad service. have read MANY reviews so far and all of them very very negative, This company does operation under several different names... I wonder why? maybe because their reputation catches up with them.
MASSIVE fail and a grade of F with a serious warning attached should be the rating.

These guys are crooks, I wish I would have read the reviews before I forked over nearly $600 for a misrepresented defective part that they will not refund me for. This is absolutely ridiculous, they keep transferring me around, putting me on hold and hanging up on me. This is a serious scam they have working and they unfortunately scammed me out of my money. Hopefully I will get it back some day. PLEASE PLEASE do not use them.
