Review: At or around March 2014, I started divorce proceeding with this law firm. At or around May 2014, I was advised by [redacted] my divorce should be finalized by November 2014.I contacted the firm in January 2015 and was told the courts were behind. In March 2015, I contacted the firm and once again I was told by the receptionist, "Oh, the courts are still behind." During every call, I asked to speak to the attorney and was advised he was in court and that he would return my message. In May 2015, I contacted the firm and was advised they couldn't find "my husband" to serve him the papers. [redacted] still will not contact me and I have left numerous messages. I asked the receptionist which story was it, were the courts behind or they couldn't find the person. She asked me to contact the office the following week when she was on vacation, so "[redacted]" can pick up the phone. This is almost a year and an "attorney" I paid in full does not contact me back. This is highly unprofessional and all I want are my divorce papers.Desired Settlement: I want my delivery of service which I paid in full. I want my divorce.
