He agreed to take the case on short noticeBefore I go any further, let me just say that his argument will be "I only had a couple of months to get familiar with the case"...if that's your argument, then you shouldn't have taken the caseNow, onto details My ex took my two daughters and moved to Tampa shortly before I filedShe had a job up here and obtained a job in TampaShe lied in court, in which case, I would lean over to Mr*** and tell him "that's a lie"...his response...."Don't worry about it, the Judge doesn't care about that." This happened on several occasions during the Final HearingWhen the Judge made his decision, the Child Support figures were incorrect (horribly), alimony was double and twice as long as what Mr*** advised it would be, and I was to pay arrearages AND daycare....all to the tune of $2800/month
