Review: The business is attorney for seller involved in a real estate transaction where I put a $9000.00 downpayment that was to be returned to me if deal was cancelled by either party. The contract was subsequently cancelled and despite numerous promises by [redacted] the monies have not been returned to me. It has been greater than 5 months since contract cancellation. He hasn't returned any phone calls and has since closed his office and has moved to another location which is yet to open.Desired Settlement: I want my full amount of downpayment returned to me
