Attorney Kevin Seaver’s team gives top-notch service with experience working against the tyranny’s of an out of control department namely DCF. Basically our case was trumped-up nonsense from the school district because they did not want to ensure that our child had the services that she requires. She has very severe learning disabilities and needs around-the-clock care. They instead turned us into *** which treated us like criminals without any evidence with regards to the allegations. We had the support of our 30+year educational advocate who is a former special ed director for a local school district who attended every IEP meeting for our daughter and *** never wanted to talk to her because they knew they would find out all these allegations were false and never discussed at the IEP meetings as concerns.
