TNT pool has serviced our pool for more than 2 years to much satisfaction. In the past year, the level of service has tremendously declined as well as the handling of their books. The company began to bill for services never received along with half cleaning our pool.(not sure if it's because they were being questioned about the recent changes in billing) When trying to come to a resolution with the company, we were specifically and very rudely told "if you don't like the services you don't have to use us". After being customers for over 2 years this was very distasteful and unprofessional to hear from a company who has been in business for 20 plus years.
