I hired this law firm on Sep 3rd 2013. The first assignment was to file a motion for enforcement on previous court order. It took them 2 whole months to do that. Initially they gave me excuses that one of their attorneys were sick and had too much work load. I was understanding of their business need. later when they had all their attorney's on staff the attorney still continued to ignore my case and not communicate or give my updates of my case. He did not file court dates as requested by me. I also mentioned to him how critical dates were to me and yet I have not received much communication or gained any momentum on my case. I have to remind them of my case, left messages and emails have not generated any follow up. I have paid them $4000 retention money and I am worried that if they are even legit law firm. I have wasted two months and worried that I will be waiting without getting the legal help I needed in the first place. Also now my money is locked with a possible phony law firm.
