Took husband for Bday massage in Mar. 2014 for 1 hour massage, went ahead and signed up for 1yr membership...well didn't get full hour, so called to cancel membership and after speaking with MH staff I figured everything had been settled/taken care of. SEPTEMBER16!!!! 6 MONTHS LATER! I get a bill. I call MH 9/19/14, told mngr would call me the next day, no call. I call again 9/22/14, spoke with [redacted], told mngr [redacted] would call me the next day due to being off this day and day before. Eventually, 9/26/14 at 3:05pm, I speak with Mngr [redacted], with many other details involved of course, I was told he was the director and only one who could handle this bill, that he has no superviser to answer to, then when asked about a cancelation contract, fee, or options he states they don't offer anything like that. I state that all companies have cx terms, there should be someone else I can talk to re: bill, and it's unprofessional for a comp not offer cx options. He then attempted to negotiate what I would like to pay so he can talk to someone and find a common agreement! When I called him out on the fact that a few moments ago, he said he was "THE DIRECTOR and ONLY ONE" who could handle this bill the conversation went NoWhere. Extremely unprofessionally, [redacted] calls me back same day at 4:15pm and attemps to negotiate again, states I can pay X$amount and he'll cx my memb., and he would sent me a copy and call it even. At this point I let him know I had already left messages at Corporate Office, he can send info,(during previous convo he told me to look C.O. Info on website bcuz he didn't have info in front of him((how unprofessional, mngr should know)), and I will talk with Corp Off. and see which outcome better suits me, he then told me he will only send info if I agree right now. What comp negotiates cancelations??! Policies and procedures should be typical of "Professional and Respectful" organization. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
