Our understanding is that this case is NOT over - we informed our client of this The opposing attorney filed a countermotion to increase child support I will file a motion to withdraw and itemize any refunds that are due the client We had not taken any action on this for fear
that opposing counsel would remember that there is a countermotion on file and proceed accordingly *** ***

I received the email stating that the Revdex.com considers this issue resolved since [redacted] claimed he would send a statement and any refund due. I have not received any corespondance from the Law Office of [redacted] whatsoever. I am assuming that 30 days would be reasonable time frame.   I'm don't believe the issue to be resolved at this point.    [redacted]
