Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I am happy to report that I have FULL voice recording of the entire "incident" of me "ranting and raving" at this propertyAND a copy of this "note, with no letterhead"It is appalling this "tiny" year old woman claims so much fear, yet manipulates every situation so meticulouslyI am not alone in complaints like this, there are many other, and obviously I am the only one who has made any effort to go this far into exposing this woman's lies and manipulation of storiesNot to mention I have full voice recording of a conversation with corpus christi animal control who states he is aware of multiple violations and wishes he had jurisdiction to go "educate" the staff at that facility, but unfortunately it is on the opposite side of the street where city jusrisdiction ends and county jurisdiction begins.I read so many disgusting reviews of this place I knew I could not walk in there without evidence of my side of the story without expecting her to exaggerate everything as she just didThis woman discriminated me solely based on my physical appearance and age, even with proof of the deposit in my hand.Please provide me a business contact so that I may submit my voice recording for evidence as to this exaggerated backlash against my characterIt is not proper for a lady of this persona to be in a position for deciding an animals fateI will be happy to get local news involved as well, if my claim is not taken seriouslyThese animals need good homes to live in! "create" the paperwork, not 45minutes as he claims.He verbally agreed to show up the next day with paperwork showing that he paid his pet deposit hadbeen paid for his cat AND for the puppy he wanted to adopt. The next evening on 11/16 at 5pm (rightwhen we close) a woman showed up with a typed piece of paper, with no letterhead, stating that nodeposit was required for either the cat he owned or the puppy he was applying for because they were"emotional support animals," a fact not revealed to us on his application. To adopt an animal out as anemotional support animal, we need info as to the circumstances to better evaluate liability issues andappropriateness of each pet for this purpose. Our application states that the information on theapplication cannot be modified at a later time, as this person tried to do. Therefore, we politely gaveher their money back and told her we would not be able to adopt the pet to them.He contacted us on 11/17 very demanding and extremely angry. I, being a small 65 year old woman,asked that we continue the conversation outdoors because he was scaring me. We would never adoptto someone with this level of explosive anger, for fear that the adopted animal would not be safe.He then filed a negative review on Google, a complaint with Animal Control, and obviously a review withyou, the Revdex.com.He continued to pursue the matter with us at the shelter, as well as the Board President of Peewee's,Dr. [redacted], at his office.Animal Control came out to our shelter and found no validity to the man's complaints.He came out to our shelter again ranting and raving, stating that he was going to have us dosed down.On his complaint, he states that the cat listed on his application and the woman who showed up outhere did not live with him at the apartment. He stated that he had the cat on the application, andduring the woman's visit, she stated that she lived at the apartment.
