Review: Divorce case number [redacted] CA Stanislaus County. On Oct 19 of 2012 when I went to court, I asked the judge to program the court proceedings for June of 2013. On October 23 of 2012 I contacted the attorney Philip A. Pimentel so he can represent me on the 17th of June 2013 that was the court date. On the 17th of June of 2013, while in court, Mr. [redacted] canceled the trial when I was ready for trial and so was Mrs. [redacted] so it was a lie that he used to cancel the trial and stretch out the case. Although their salaries were avoided but he caused the occurence along with other losses he caused me when canceling the trial. Attached I have the proof that Mrs. [redacted] was also prepared and ready for trial on the 17th of June 2013. Desired Settlement: Remove your salaries that you are charging after you canceled the trial in June of 2013. The pre-trial fees are paid but the post trial (after cancellation) fees he caused.
