5pt;">Thank you for your correspondence date April 8, regarding the above captioned matterI was dismayed by the inaccuracies of the allegations stated by Mr***in his complaint to Revdex.com relative to the attorney fees collected by the undersignedThese two cases were contracted on a contingency fee basis of 1/3% of the gross recovery for bodily injuryThe attorney fees were reduced in both casesOn Mr***'s case the fees were reduced from $1,(1/3%) to $1,200,(25%)On Mrs***'s claim the fees were reduced from $2,(33%%) to $2,(apprx26%)Apparently Mrand Mrs*** failed to recognize and take into consideration there were liens and costs to be paid from the gross settlementsTheir group health insurance carrier required reimbursement of the medical expenses paid by that carrier relative to the injuries sustained in this motor vehicle accident, I was able to reduce the amount of the reimbursement payments to the health insurance carrierAdditionally, not all of the medical charges were covered by the health insurance carrier and had to be paid from the settlementFinally, there were costs incurred to obtain copies of medical records and billings that were properly paid from the settlement proceedsThese costs were also reducedThe clients agreed to the settlements and each signed a ReleaseI have explained this to Mr*** on multiple occasionsDespite my efforts to increase his understanding of these claims he has disparaged my reputation on *** and filed the instant complaint with Revdex.comI am not willing to make any additional concessionsThank you for your time regarding this matterLAW OF OF RANDALTMASON
