It was a bright and sunny day degrees on Grand Avein Glendale I had only this one day to seek help with my trailer hitch problem Having had good service at their Bell Rdlocation several years ago, (now closed) I went to their Glendale location Employing my highest degree of politeness, I pleaded for a solution Mike, their expert technician in charge of solutions, figured out what had to be done He had his men clear a rack and took care of my vehicle on the spot He displayed imagination and professional workmanship His welding borders "the artistic" What more can one ask? And the charge was fair, too I think he deserves a raise When you see him, embarrass him and say you heard that there is some guy out there who thinks he deserves a raise Hank, Surprise, AZ
I had purchased a Pullrite Super Glide Hitch and had installed on June 8th I used the hitch one time After further research I found out my truck didn't pull the needed weight of my 5th wheel I called a week ago and spoke to Jacob I asked if I came in if they could remove my hitch and get the money back for the Hitch/Rails etc minus labor He spoke to his Manager and said YES bring it in at your convenience and we will take it out and just pay for the labor and we will refund you 100% the cost of the Hitch
I brought it in today July 26th They took out my hitch and when they were done they informed me they would not refund my any money for the hitch I spoke to the owner and informed him that Jacob told me this that he had told me the wrong information and they couldn't refund me any money Now I am stuck with a $2k hitch I cannot use because I was told the wrong information I took the day off to take care of this I am very disappointed to say the least!!!!
I was very happy with the service that was provided for meThey seemed to be a genuine caring company that enjoys keeping their costumers happyI had a fifthwheel hitch installed in my dodge ram and after about years, the jaw mechanism inside of the hitch had brokeI called them up and talked to joey on the phone, he told me to bring it down to the shopOnce I got there, mike the shop foreman had ooked a the hitch and determined the problem and even after two years they gave me the warranty I had on it and replaced my hitch headI appreciate the business they have provided to meThey must be doing something right in order to be open for more than years in the same locationVery happy!
