We only accept payment via [redacted] and do not have any knowledge of how such payment is made, that is all handled by [redacted] There is a zero return police meaning we do not issue refunds ever unless no work has been started on the caseThere is an active [redacted] dispute and the funds have been withheld from our accounts thus this is a double dispute and should be handled solely by [redacted] as they will issue a refund or deny it based on the facts once we submit our dispute of the claimThere were multiple family issues involved during this case and all are documentedIt is regrettable that this case has been delayed but there has been no harm to the case in the delaysWe do not offer refunds especially based on the amount of work already put into this case, $for over hours work means we are already at a loss in taking this case

I am rejecting this response because:there is a harm on my caseOffice of *** *** was holding my correspondence and I was offered a settlementBecause I was put on hold I did not receive my settlementMy case was prolonged and put on hold.Besides like any other my family have issues, not mention it because it's a private matter but I still have bills to pay and things to be done by any comment or contract I have in timely manner. Case on *** stays not answered till today's date by office of Mr***. And unfortunately I can not continue to have further business with office of Mr*** on this case because of trust issuesI got respond and offer to finish the case only after complaint to Revdex.comI have no guaranties I will be egnored again and again. Besides some small details such stating peiment was made by credit card but then saying no other form of payment but a *** can be accepted. I still need my refund.

Services were rendered at a very low rateYes there has been a delay in response due to deaths in the family which is a customer care issue and we regretHowever the client has already initiated a refund through her credit card and it is being resolved via that avenue

there is a harm on my case. Office of [redacted] was holding my correspondence and I was offered a settlement. Because I was put on hold I did not receive my settlement. My case was prolonged and put on hold.
Besides like any other my family have issues, not mention it because it's a private matter but I still have bills to pay and things to be done by any comment or contract I have in timely manner.
