This repair has definitely taken a long time, for which we apologize The customer brought in an iPhone with a bad logic board for repair Our current process is to send them out for repair to a class cleanroom for component level rework and it takes many weeks We did receive
the failed logic board back from our specialist, and it was not repaired correctly So we sent it back to the specialist, it's still currently in their hands We were able to get a response from them (they are out of the country), and said that they cannot repair this logic board We have requested that they send the logic board back to us unrepaired as stated We will reassemble the phone (we have the rest of the components in our Mission Location where he dropped it off) with the bad logic board and deliver it back to the customer.Since the customer has not been charged anything, there will be no charge/refund given We should have the unit ready for pickup by 11/24/(since we have to wait for the failed board to arrive), but we will be in touch as soon as it does We apologize for the delay, we tried to have this board fixed, but it was brought into us beyond repair

Customer brought in a PSfor repair Customer was made aware that the unit was worked on (but not completed) by a former employee We apologize that we dropped the ball on this unit -this is true- because we did not complete the repair in a timely manner Customer came in to pick
up the device unrepaired, which we gave to him unrepaired There was no charge, sorry for the inconvenience

We replaced [redacted] iPad in September 2015, we havent herd anything since then. If she is having trouble with her iPad she can send it back to us using our warranty page, as long as the iPad hasn't been damaged we will be happy to see what is going on. As we we purchased a refurbished iPad not a...

new iPad per the conversation on 09/18/15 due to the fact that the unit that was sent in wasn't new when received, it was received as a damaged unit showing no signs of life.Thank you,Mission Repair
