Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I would like to withdraw my complaint, the dealership worked with me to resolve the issue on 4-28-16, they gave me a full refund & I purchased a new truck Regards, [redacted]

The sales and service departments go out of their way to help their customers If there is a long wait time on service, they explain that to me up front and offer me a loaner or a ride to work (or home) During the times that I wait for my vehicle, the sales people always come up and offer me a beverage or cookie I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for sales or service

On Friday (10-23-15), Terre Haute Chevrolet picked up the customer vehicle and performed a transmission flush as suggested by *** ***r in Terre Haute, IndianaI believe that the issue is resolved at this pointHowever, *** *** has been informed to contact me in the event of any
further concerns

Good afternoon [redacted].  My name is Jack [redacted], and I am the General Manager at Terre Haute Chevrolet.  Below are the details regarding Case # [redacted] On April 19, 2016, [redacted] purchased a pre-owned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Terre Haute Chevrolet, and...

traded in a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. After taking delivery, [redacted] discovered some dents on the vehicle and took the truck to a body shop for an estimate on repair.  The body shop informed him that the vehicle had been previously repaired and repainted.  At this time, [redacted] contacted my dealership and discussed the issue with the Sales Consultant, and the Used Car Manager.  My Used Car Manager then discussed this issue with my General Sales Manager.  This issue was brought to my attention on 4/28/2013.  I immediately contacted [redacted], and instructed him to bring the vehicle in and speak directly with me.  After researching, I discovered that the vehicle was a previous rental vehicle that had been acquired from one of our wholesale sources, and there was nothing in our records indicating that the vehicle had been involved in an accident.  The Terre Haute Chevrolet staff prides ourselves in making sure that the vehicles we sell are safe, reliable and in great working condition prior to any delivery.  With this being said, the truck passed our safety inspection, as well as our multi-point vehicle inspection, and was therefore mechanically sound and safe upon delivery to [redacted].  The vehicle also had a clean Auto Check, meaning there were no accidents reported to them.  The Auto Check system, like Carfax is not always 100% accurate, which was the case here.  After re-inspecting the truck and checking it with a Paint Meter, we agree that the vehicle had been previously repaired and re-painted.  It is our goal at Terre Haute Chevrolet to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, and that they receive World Class treatment from our entire staff.  Even though we have strict policies and procedures in place to prohibit these types of errors, unfortunately there are times when we may make a mistake.  This happens to be one of those times.  However, when a mistake is made, it gives us an opportunity to show our customers how we resolve the situation and what type of World Class Service they can anticipate from us in the future. On 4/28/2013, I met with [redacted] and we offered to void the deal, and give him his 2007 truck back, or start the deal fresh and put him into another vehicle of his choice.  We were able to agree on terms, and that evening [redacted] purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from us.  It was a pleasure being able to rectify this situation for [redacted], and I am confident that he has a quality truck that will last him and his family for years to come.  As of today, 4/30/2016, it is my understanding that this complaint has been resolved by all parties involved.  I am copying [redacted] on this email as well.  If anyone has any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to call me directly at [redacted], or you may reach me via email at j[redacted]    Regards,   Jack W. We have been trying to sell our vehicle to Terre Haute Chevrolet. They've had it all week, have refused to cut us checks for it, so we went to pick it up and just be done with it. Upon arriving they claim they can't find our keys, and make us wait for management. Management refuses to give us our vehicle back and claims the checks have already been dispersed. We've received no checks and they refuse our keys back although we've made it VERY clear we no longer want to do business with them. They claim they sent a check to the bank, but when I demand to see a receipt of the transaction im told to leave. So I'm forced to call the cops to help assist me in this matter. They're rude to the officer that shows up and don't want to speak to him either. They STILL refuse to show proof that they've sent any money to anyone and refuse to give me my keys back. They tell me to come back (for the 4th time this week) tomorrow. They disgust me. They've done nothing but be disrespectful, deceitful, and rude. They will NEVER get my business again.

June 16th 2015 I took my 1990 Corvette for service to repair three problems, 1. seat belt light stays on, 2. horn not working properly, 3. replace broken side light. I was told that number 1 & 3 were completed, # 2 needed parts that were not readily available but they would try to find them. I picked up the car while waiting for the parts to come in. I discover that the seat belt light still stays on and I had three new problems I didn't have before taking the car to Terre Haute Chevy. Now my radio no longer works, the gear indicator was no longer connected to the gear shift and my passenger side headlight would not pop up. The headlight was hitting the horn that had been re-installed incorrectly. In response to my complaint to this dealer I was told their best technician worked on my car. That statement lead me to believe they didn't believe me and/or their 'best technician' was not capable of fixing my car. I declined to return the car to them for fear of more damage to my car and that I would be charged for repairs for damage their 'best technician had caused'. I talked to Chris B[redacted]l, John M[redacted](Service Manager) at Terre Haute chevy. I have also contacted General Motors without satisfaction. I want to warn others of this dealers inability to perform electrical repairs.
