I apologize for the delay in answering your email, but our internet and phones have been down for several days due the problems with Cableone internet co. To answer Mr***'s complaint. He did hire the office and paid us to get him citizenship. In that action we sent his
N-Application office to the USCIS, ESkyharbor, Circle S, Ste100, Phoenix, AZ via FedEx shortly after we were retained. The documents arrived but we never rec'd a receipt notice form [I-797] so we reset his application with all attending documents again approximately months later by overnight express delivery. We verified the govt office rece'd his 2nd package at 10:am the following day. We have yet to receive any further communication from the govt office on this filing. We checked online to determine what is happening with this application and it states his application is still in process. It has not been denied or kicked back for futher information--it just states it is still in process. That is really all I can tell you at this point. Sometimes when you are dealing with the government they just take a really long time. I am not certain who in the office sent the client a letter stating they were working on it because they did not keep a copy for the file. But it was checked on back in June and again after I received this email. Both times the government website stated the same thing--it was still in process. We have sent an email and a hard copy letter trying to find out what the hold up is--but we have not received an answer back. They normally take days to get an answer to you

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
We understand on what [redacted] said about that [redacted]
has and address in Mexico but when he did the application to file with the USCIS he use the US address that is located in Pecos, Tx and he gave [redacted] permission to received any information from [redacted] and USCIS. That way [redacted] can contract [redacted] and let him know of any information that has came to US address. But [redacted] did send a letter when we file the first complaint and in that letter they never explained that the prior application was delay and that the USCIS sent the information to the Mexico Address.
Regards,
[redacted] & [redacted]
