This moving company was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever hadI discussed with them (multiple times) that I needed to be out of my building at a certain time, and they assured me that it wouldn't be an issueThey then proceeded to push back my move time all day, and when I tried to reach them, the phone lines were dead for hours
A 2pm move time turned into a 10pm move time, and the owner refused to be of any assistanceDuring this entirety of this delay, I was not contacted by the management which they said they would leaving us hanging out to dryThe actual movers themselves were amazingly helpful though
If you are in a absolute last minute jam, and need moving assistance, this company is still not worth your time
