Sorry...he gets a negative from us... First - we were not informed that the "Therapy" was to be paid by "us"... The injury being claimed was for my right hip socket and hip... I have a permanent injury now..that will bother me to my grave..from the accident injuries that [redacted] was representing us for...He never pursued the injury -- telling me that I had had back injuries..?? So what... My back and my hip are like a car and a boat...not related.
The settlement was for 24k ? Don't want to dig out paperwork..(close enough)..of which I received a bit over 4k... [redacted] got 8k...and the therapist got the rest.. ?/ Something wrong with this ??? Sorry..but I have the permanent disability - and [redacted] ends the case - smiling.. Figures may not be perfect..but you get the jist of it all...[redacted]s and mine are pretty close..The Therapist ?? was the rest...way over what I would have guessed..
