I hired this law firm to aquire legal guardianship after the father of my 2 son's was killed in an accident. The law firm never informed me that I had to do inventory and re-file every year. I was contacted by the county clerks office, telling me I was delinquent in filing the form and would be placed in the court docket if I didn't comply, I called this law office and asked them since they handled the guardianship, if they could file the yearly (2011) inventory for me, they sent me a form to sign, get notarized, then send back to them, which I did and was charged $350. I decided to do the inventory myself this year to save the costs of an attorney. The clerk told me I had to file last years also, since it hadn't been filed, I told her I hired the law office in question to file, she said they didn't file the form requested, they filed the original inventory (which was already done in the original court hearing), I called the office and spoke with one of the attorney's assistants, she assured me she would let him know. I called back today (01/24/13), I was informed, by his assistant, that he said a form was filed, he charges $350 to file this form "THE END"!! Also, I looked over the original form and my son, who is a minor, was recorded as being incapacitated! So they couldn't even get that right!
