According to Verizon Wireless Phone records, a return phone call was made at 6:43pm March 16, 2016. A detailed message was left by the owner of the company.

The husband called and the scope of work was changed in order to try to cut costs.
The message left on March 16, 2016 at 6:43 pm was not returned.
In her complaint, Mrs. [redacted] stated there was a contract. That is false. There wasn't a contract set in place. Mr. [redacted] thought the price was too high, so he changed the scope of work and asked to Barter. The owner told him he would consider it, but there was no start date EVER stated. She also stated she NEVER received a call back which is also false. We have Verizon Wireless phone records that we will be happy to provide.
