Prior to this phone call, ALL communication was done with the husband
There was a
non-binding verbal agreement with the husband and a start date for the work was not set or CONFIRMED
The husband called and the scope of work was changed in order to try to cut costs
The message left on March 16, at 6:pm was not returned
In her complaint, Mrs*** stated there was a contractThat is falseThere wasn't a contract set in placeMr*** thought the price was too high, so he changed the scope of work and asked to BarterThe owner told him he would consider it, but there was no start date EVER statedShe also stated she NEVER received a call back which is also falseWe have Verizon Wireless phone records that we will be happy to provide
