Review: Reserved a Compact-size vehicle for pick-up at Rental Location ITALY AUTO HLE on 11/**/15 - 11/**/15. Rental Record locator # [redacted]. I was given a Yaris as a rental, very small no trunk and was told to leave my cell # where they would call me back if they got a bigger car. That was Thanksgiving week, I waited till 6:00 pm, got no call so I kept Yaris. I returned the Yaris on 11/**/15 and when I called the [redacted] for Hertz, I learned I was being charged for 5 days not 4. Why am I being overcharged for extra days when I returned car on 11/**/15. I have rented other times before at that location with no problems so I am a returning customer. I would like to receive a credit in the form of a voucher for future rental. Thanking you in advance.Desired Settlement: Credit for additional day, and a credit voucher for future use in rental.
