Review: From the dates of February 14-20, I was travelling abroad in Canada for business purposes. On the 16th of February a notice of seizure of assets arrived at my residence for an unpaid debt of 8 years. The notice was dated on the 12th of February. My financial assets in my [redacted] account were seized on the 17th. Not being present at my residence in NJ during this time, I had no opportunity to respond. I received no notifications or warnings via phone call to be able to assess and remedy this situation. My only notification was personal when I logged into my bank online and noticed that $2,922.07 had been seized and placed on a hold from a court order signed and dated by the pen of Judge [redacted] which was then transferred to a [redacted] whom initiated the seizure. After learning all of the basic facts of how this incident and seizure came to be, aside from contacting a strong corporate attorney, a decided to embark on a little research of my own. Upon my investigation I have learned that Hayt, Hayt & Landau are not an actual legit law firm but instead a debt collector. I have also learned that with the Revdex.com and other institutions that this debt collector has numerous amounts of complaints against them for extremely unorthodox and even illegal business practices. Further into my investigation I discovered that this debt collector is very well connected with many judges in the tristate area and have a known reputation of obtaining illegal "fast-track" court orders to seize one's assets in a very immediate fashion, far beyond the fair practices and consumer laws allowing the accused of debt to respond within 30 days of the notice or summons. In preparation of legal counsel that I will be assisted with in this case I thought that it was best to report this incident as it is in dire need of attention and investigation by the Revdex.com, as it seems that this supposed law firm has been getting away with illegal litigation for a number of years now.Desired Settlement: Seeing as how this is a lobby practice of unethical and illegal procedure, I would like Hayt, Hayt & Landau to be brought to strong reprimand and justice for this extreme act of business unorthodoxy. I wouldn't cast off the notion of revoking their business license as well. As for myself, I would like the hold taken off of my financial assets and returned to me immediately. In the event of their possible inconsideration of this resolve, I plan to take this incident and place it into the hands of national media to which I have strong contacts to work an immediate resolve of public pressure in the favor of my rights as well as many other citizens who have been affected by the unorthodox practices of Hayt, Hayt & Landau.

terrible took three weeks to show balance I owed
finally recieved on july 5th its july 9th still cannot show a zero balance on my account
very rude acted as though I was bothering them.... I was ..
but one phone call would have shown my balance they were unwilling to call
mr ashin stated july 2nd was coming up on the holiday weekend....I didnt if someone would have done their job three weeks ago it wouldnt be a hoiliday weekend...
the holiday was a saturday I guess they party all week coming up on a holiday.
I need a better job I worked all week
