I may screw myself with this review because this case has not been closed yet but I don't want anyone else going through what I'm going through right now As of now, this company is HORRIBLE!!! Nice to you in the beginning, making you feel very comfortable with them and making you feel like they care until they have you sign the paperwork and be with you for a few weeks than the nightmare startsI have full pages of dates, times, people who I have talked to & what about and left messagesI have spoken to a nice secretary multiple times by the name of Shaley, who is a pleasure to talk to She told me she has left multiple message for Sharron & Sharron's supervisor Claudia, which they NEVER return calls when it is really important about appointment verification from doctor's who call to set up another apptwithout the knowledge of my "So Called" attorney I always get the same answer when I ask for Sharron or Claudia, they are on another call or not in the office The last time I spoke to Sharron was on 11/29/@ 2:p.mand she stated she would talk to the attorney and call me back, well guess what, it's 12/28/and still have not heard from her as of yet and I have made multiple attempts since than to contact her or anyone in the office that can assist me Also, I should have seen a "Hand Specialist Orthopedic" per my doctor because I have a amputation, yet this attorney agreed to a "General Orthopedic" with my work's attorney'sIf anything positive changes from now and than, I will be sure to write a positive review but until than, HORRIBLE!!!

Hired *** & Associates years ago After one year of doing very little to help meieFind a neutral doctor, many weeks/months of waiting to be seen for my pain, NEVER received any WC Insurance benefits, had to apply for Food stamps/General relief to surviveI made several calls and sent emails for them to get me some physical relief and WC insurance benefits with NO response or help After year, I chose to dismiss them and move onto another Attorney/WC firm They were equally terrible Now after years..I've dismissed ALL attorneys and have settled with insurance company on MY OWN, Without the help of any attorney, who claim to be there for you I educated myself and learned how to dismiss attorneys that really don't have your best interest in mind Now, you are asking for $ for a job you didn't complete, now that I've settled with Insurance company You didn't earn what u are asking for, (*** and Associates) and shouldn't receive what you are asking forI hope the Judge/Court see's my side of this matter and doesn't allow you to receive what you think you are entitledYou put my life on hold and caused me more stress and financial problems while I had you as my representativeDo the right thing and drop the lien you have put on this case Thank you
