At first I was nervous about going to a Bankruptcy Paralegal. You hear all the stories about how it's going to be if you file. [redacted] out of the Greensboro office answered all my questions., put my mind at ease. She explained the difference between the two chapters and by the time my appointment was over I already knew what I needed to do and which way to file. My next appointment is in last than a week and I'm ready to go.

My husband paid 900 down we are waiting on a refund we still owe 600 nothing done for us but a free consultation nothing more and a second meeting which cost us $75. We can't file together with this office so we are going with another attorney hoping we get our refund minis that $75 which was service rendered and stated non refundable but all the other money is. Mr Orcutt was very nice and told us he could only do my husband. These reviews seem harsh to put him down I understand he has to charge for services received I don't mind paying my $75 fee and our consult was free. Will keep updated on our refund process requested 3 days ago now.
