Last year we purchased a 2115 Jeep. After 3 months the transmission went out. Being covered by warranty it was replaced. Shortly after that we realized there was another issue with the transmission. Turns out it was a computer issue that couldn't be fixed. Realizing I might have a "Lemon" I called Jon Jacobs Law Office. Feeling frustrated about the whole ordeal they gave me hope. I bought a new 2014 RAM 2500 in August of last year. The dealership had the truck for repairs for about a month and a half in the first three months of ownership. At first started with the tire pressure sensors not registering correctly. After multiple attempts (from software upgrades to "module" replacements) the dealership replaced the sensors and I assumed I could finally enjoy my new truck. Unfortunately, one of the sensors was leaking air and that took another couple days to diagnose and fix. Finally, when everything was resolved with the tires, it rained and my entire back seat was soaked in water. It took another two weeks to diagnose the issue and replace the third (roof mounted) brake light that was leaking water. Even though the dealership service staff was nice and tried everything they could to fix the issues I was unhappy with my $55,000+ truck purchase. The service guys have enjoyed driving my truck more than I have.
I started doing some research I realized that my truck could qualify for a lemon law buyback. I did not know where to start or who to contact.
