We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. Please allow this letter to serve as our response. Unfortunately, I have been out of town until this past week-end dealing with family matters and am currently on call...

for jury service.
I had received Ms. [redacted]' mails and had thought one of my associates was going to get back to her as instructed with the information sought, unfortunately that individual left during my absence and is no longer employed with my office. Also, my assistant had surgery in early February and had been out for two weeks due to surgery. She returned to work part-time as of yesterday, Thus, Ms. [redacted] inquiries fell through the cracks.
I plan to apologize to Ms. [redacted] directly and speak to her once my jury services ends and I am free to talk to her and address all of her concerns, but I wanted to respond to the Revdex.com's letter that we received.

I do not accept the response and here's why: During year 2015, the couple of times that I did speak with [redacted] and asked about my cases, he always had family issues, or he was on vacation, or he was sick, or he has been out of town, or attending court in San Diego for other cases. Now, its jury duty? The magical times I have reached him by phone since he and no one else responds to emails and phone messages, when I ask about my cases, the conversation ends with an excuse and he'll send me an update. Yet, I receive no update. No updates and all these excuses leads me to believe that my cases are just sitting there with him, collecting dust and legal recourse has ended. This is absolutely unacceptable! All of these excuses have nothing to do with me. He accepted my cases and I paid him what he asked for. All I got was a letter sent to one of the companies and a response from that company for which he was to give them my response and get ready for the lawsuit if they did not comply with my demand. Yet, I have no details or updates. The other one, I have no proof that the letter was sent and no response. I have no clue about that case either. If there are court documents, which I seriously doubt, then where is my proof?
