*** *** then requested more inspections to be done, but this inspection period was already over so the attorney (for good reason) would not permit any more credits or repairs to be done by the seller based upon these "late" inspections. *** *** knew that these inspections were too late, but still wanted to blame our law firm for her mistakes.With regards to fees, our law firm provides a retainer agreement, which clearly outlines the legal fee of $plus any other fees, costs and/or disbursements. There are no hidden fees.With respect to the home inspection report, we advise every client that they need to carefully review the report and to advise us exactly what items they want us to request to the seller's attorney for the seller to address. Potential home repairs are not legal issues, but personal items that need to be decided by the potential buyer. Therefore, lawyers do not get involved with choosing potential home inspection issues. However, we do (as we did in this case) negotiate with the seller's attorney.With regards to preparing a generic contract, *** *** is confused since the listing agent prepared the contract. Therefore, our law firm has done nothing improper and this complain is totally frivolous and without merit. We respectfully request that the Revdex.com dismisses this baseless complaint and removes it from our record.As a result of the breakdown of the attorney client relationship, we have advised *** *** to seek another counsel.
