We received the Revdex.com complaint of [redacted] (“Ms. [redacted]”) dated June 21, 2017.   According to the public records of the Hawaii State Judiciary, there was a Judgment filed on behalf of [redacted], LLC (“[redacted]”) against a [redacted] M. [redacted] on May 30, 2013.   We have...

not been the law firm for [redacted] since March, 2016 (over a year ago).    After March, 2016, [redacted] has been using another law firm called [redacted] (“[redacted] law firm”). [redacted] and/or the [redacted] law firm should have notified Ms. [redacted] back in 2016 about the change in law firms.   If Ms. [redacted] has any questions, she should contact the following at the [redacted] law firm:           1. Attorney [redacted] in [redacted] at [redacted].  Mr. [redacted]’s address is: [redacted], HI [redacted].            2. Attorney [redacted] in [redacted] at the following long distance number: [redacted].   Ms. [redacted] can also contact [redacted] at the following toll free number: [redacted]. I have set up a payment plan with this law firm to repay a debt regarding a credit issue. I was unable to make my required payment for March. I advised the company that I was unable to make the payment and advised that I would send the March payment in April. This issue in not in litigation. However, I did appear in court regarding the issue and no further action was taken due to the company and I coming to a payment agreement. I received a phone call today from the company stating that they would be filing a judgment against me due to my not being able to pay them a full payment for the balance due. Even though I have agreed to continue making monthly payments. I have no issue paying the monthly payments. However, I have an issue with being regularly harassed even though I am upholding my end of communication and payments.
