Review: [redacted] agreed to take on a litigation case and agreed to represent me "pro bono". I paid her a $1000 retainer fee as we agreed I would pay only for documents filings with the court but her time would be paid if my case was won and I received compensation. Only one document was ever filed with the court for approximately $250. Afterwards nothing further was done with the case. Per our agreement I should be refunded the remaining $750 of my retainer money which I have never received. I have made numerous attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] via phone and email and she has not returned a single call or responded to any emails. This has been ongoing for over 3 years that I have been attempting to collect.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my retainer balance refunded for $750
