Mr. Steward is a fraud! He signed the contract to represent me in a trademark dispute. He took the payment, filed an initial response, and then just vanished. As a result, I lost my case. Do not use him!!!

Contact by the Business I've called and emailed him several times. Although his website is still there and there is an answering service, he never responded. I would like him to respond to me and explain on his breach of contract.
An Answer and Affirmative Defenses were filed in the clients matter. He was offered the opportunity to resolve the matter with this Fortune 50 company but did not want to take the offer. I reached out to him to assist him in filing a new, modified, trademark, but he filed this complaint.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr. Steward's response does not make sense. The fact is that I filed a trademark, which was opposed by a fortune 50. He reached out to me, wanting to represent me to fight the opposition. I took his offer and paid his fee. He filed an initial response and then just disappeared. He failed to respond to the repeated inquiries of the fortune 50 company and those from USTPO. As a result, my trademark filing was denied due to default.
After that, I called him and emailed him numerous times to try to see if there was a remedy. He never responded to me until the time for remedy was passed. He only called me back and left a message after I filed this complained with the Revdex.com.
Check his Florida bar record before using him. Don't make the same mistake I made.
