I contracted [redacted] approximately two years ago to help with my husbands immigration case. She is immigration assistance but working under attorney Murray D Hilts. I paid her $1000.00 to begin the paperwork and was to pay an additional $1000.00 when everything was finished. I also supplied her with two money orders one for $355.00 and the other for $190.00. The two money orders totaled $545.00 which was to be paid to [redacted] for the necessary fees for my husbands I-212 application. Over the past two years I have contacted [redacted] numerous times to get an update on my husbands case, she tells me that we just have to wait. In January of 2012 [redacted] told me to do a tracer on the cashed money orders so we can track my husbands file with the US immigration. Upon doing this I found that the money order for $355.00 was used for another person [redacted]. I left [redacted] a message with this information and have not heard from her since. I have left numerous phone messages and sent e-mails. My mother sent a random e-mail just to see if she would answer and she did. This proves that she is avoiding me. Not only do I request a refund I also need information from her regarding my husbands case that I can give my new attorney. She is playing with peoples lives and it is not right. I have spent the last two years working with her and having faith that she was doing what is best for my case.
