of reasons. The entry in their credit report correctly reflects a bankruptcy Filing. While our retainer does not cover actions to take place 5 years after being hired we are happy to prepare and sent a letter to the credit reporting agencies making them aware the case was dismissed prior to the first payment being made. I can accept this response. I tend to hold businesses to high standards. I would have thought that as a courtesy, a letter could have been sent to keep the bk off of my report.
