He works essentially for pimps and swindlers. You can easily figure out that he takes honest people in troubles for mns. It's time for action now!

I hired Pierre Hourcade January 2008. Sent him up front money 1500.00 four months later not hearing from him I wrote a.gain. He informed me he was sick and would not do the job. It has been 10 years now trying to get him to return my $1500.00. Still trying to get him to do the honest thing and return my money. Most of the time he just ignores my request and does not respond back. He told me at one point I would get my money back. The last time I heard from him he claims he owes me nothing that he filed bankruptcy. I have not seen any proof of that and know not to believe what he says. I want my $1500.00 back still. Review: In February 2014 I asked a French/US attorney ([redacted]), who has a law office in New York City, to translated my father's French written Will, and for some counseling in reference to this Will. I contacted [redacted] through their Website and Email. I was asked to send $616.09 and transfer money from my bank account to their French bank account. I did not know how to do this, and did not feel comfortable doing this, so we agreed to send the money trough [redacted] (on 03/**/2014 - 433.00 EUROS). They also asked me to send them all the Will paperwork and I did. a month went by and I did not hear anything from them. so I waited another month. By May I sent the law office of Hourcade 4 more emails and made 2 phone calls, and did not get any answers/responses back from the office (BY THIS TIME, I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND). On 6/*/2014 I contacted Hourcade by email and he said he would do the work, if I sent him all of my paperwork/will again. I did so. The last I heard of Hourcade was on 7/**/2014 and again he said he was sorry, but would complete the work in 1 week, as long as I sent him the WIll paperwork again.
