I reviewed the correspondence of August 30,It is my understanding mylegal assistant corresponded with Ms*** and apologized for failing to communicate.I have people in my office that handle certain tasks vvith regard to these mattersIt is myunderstanding that there was a belief that the
daughters of Mr*** were to stop by tosign the final receipts that had been prepared subsequent to the final accounting.Apparently, it was their belief that we would contact them for their signatures and as aresult, they remained here in our file as we awaited their appearance and they awaited ourmailing.Ironically, this matter was addressed between my legal assistant and Ms***on August 31, and has since been resolvedYour letter arrived in our office onWednesday, September 6, 2017.From what I can understand, it was a communication issue as the final accountingfor the estate had been completed and, as indicated above, final receipts simply needed tobe signed so checks could be released by the executrix, the oldest sister, However, Iaccept responsibility for any miscommunication as it is my office.Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me atanytime.Very truly yours,RICHARD HJARVIS
