Review: I received several solicitations from this company asking me to join a class action law suit they were filing against the builders of my home ([redacted]) for inferior quality of constuction. I joined after being promised to receive monies for repairs of the building defects upon receiving a judgment against the builder. I was advised they had settled the case and asked to sign the final settlement agreement papers that showed a gross settlement in our favor for $5825.47 less attorney fees and their expenses of $3025.20 leaving a balance of $2800.27. I was told to have my signature notorized on this agreement and then I would receive the money. After sending them this paperwork I did not hear back from them. I made several calls to talk to Mr. [redacted] but the phone receptionist will only take my name and say they will call back. They have not done so and it has been nearly six months. As part of the agreement, I had to forego my rights to sue the builder for the defects in my home.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for $2800 as stipulated in the settlement agreement.

Review: We were solicited to for collection on our construction defects by out developer. We started this process in 2013. They were overly communicative with getting papers signed and getting people to come inspect the home. I signed a settlement agreement February 2014. I have followed up with them at least 5 times with nothing but a cut and paste response apologizing for the delay but they are making progress with the "collection process."

Definitely feeling taken advantage of by a greedy attorney. After reading the other complaints today as I searched for information. I realized...this seems to be the case. I can't believe these people are in business.

What an unprofessional business!Desired Settlement: I would like payment for my piece in the settlement asap so I can have repairs done to my home.

I would like a summary of what all has been collected and what needs to be collected to complete the "collection

process." I can determine whether or not they are "making good progress." or just keeping their cut first.

Review: Lawsuit against Centex was settled I was due $6000.00 from Centex. Called [redacted]'s office in September of 2015 was informed Mr [redacted] had passed away and I will receive settlement in October of 2015. I waited until November 16, 2015 have not received settlement and their phone has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: Receive money due.
