I made an initial appointment with an attorney and was told the initial consultation was free. Fees were never discussed nor did I sign an agreement or a retain the attorney for her services. I received a bill for $453.00 from the law offices of Robin Clark Bevier and Associates, PC. I was told I would get a phone call back but never did.

Mr. set an appointment. As a result of that conversation, he asked for a letter to substantiate our advice. Because of confidentiality rules, I cannot comment on the issues we discussed. We did send a letter. Mr. did not contact us about any billing issue. No letter of engagement was necessary since his issue was complete.
