I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] was dismissed as my attorney on 10/10/by my new attorney [redacted] **Included in this response is an email sent by [redacted] my new attorneys assistant [redacted] Law office continued to make charges on my retainer until 11/1/My case was closed 10/13/due to my new attorney coming to an agreement with my ex over child custodyI made several attempts to contact [redacted] via phone call and an email asking her to call me on 10/regarding the remainder retainerEventually on 10/17/I was given a response telling me [redacted] was aware of my situation and I would receive my retainer within daysAfter several phone calls with no response I was told or10/31/by the Law offices of [redacted] "no retainer is left"When I asked for copies of how the money was spent I received no response [redacted] would only show me in personWhen I went down to the Pomona court house to see what she filed the clerk gave me one form where Ms [redacted] filed for mediation and a request for court on 1015/2017, which was sent in via faxI was charged a retainer fee of $and was told all that was left on the retainer was $373, so I tried to collect it as partial payment for the money I am owed, but today 12/4/I was told by the Law office of [redacted] that I would not receive my money until I retract my complaint from the Revdex.com and they wanted it in writingAccording to the response she sent into the Revdex.com she had invoices for 10/(#350, &352), 10/(#363), ands 11/(4364)These invoices were dated after she was terminated as my representative (10/10/2017)I feel [redacted] owes me over $2,of my retainer as she did not represent me in court, did not return my paper work, and continued making charges on my retainerP.SAnother major complaint I have is that she falsely told my ex [redacted] that we had court in San BernardinoWhen I asked Ms [redacted] through an email what she was talking about [redacted] never responded [redacted] took time off work and wasted time on a fake court dateWhen I asked Ms [redacted] in person she said it was a scare tactic

[redacted] Law office continued to make false charges on my retainer until 11/1/2017. My case was closed 10/13/2017 due to my new attorney coming to an agreement with my ex over child custody. I made several attempts to contact [redacted] via phone call and an email asking her to call me on 10/12 regarding the remainder retainer. Eventually on 10/17/2017 I was given a response telling me [redacted] was aware of my situation and I would receive my retainer within 30 days. After several phone calls with no response I was told or. 10/31/2017 by the Law offices of [redacted] "no retainer is left". When I asked for copies of how the money was spent I received no response. [redacted] would only show me in person. When I went down to the Pomona court house to see what she filed the clerk gave me one form where Ms. [redacted] filed for mediation and a request for court on 1015/2017, which was sent in via fax. I was charged a retainer fee of $3.025 and was told all that was left on the retainer was $373, so I tried to collect it as partial payment for the money I am owed, but today 12/4/2017 I was told by the Law office of [redacted] that I would not receive my money until I retract my complaint from the Revdex.com and they wanted it in writing. According to the response she sent into the Revdex.com she had invoices for 10/22 (#350, 351 &. 352), 10/26 (#363), ands 11/01 (4364). These invoices were dated after she was terminated as my representative (10/10/2017). I feel [redacted] owes me over $2,000 of my retainer as she did not represent me in court, did not return my paper work, and continued making false charges on my retainer. P.S. Another major complaint I have is that she falsely told my ex [redacted] that we had court in San Bernardino. When I asked Ms. [redacted] through an email what she was talking about [redacted] never responded. [redacted] took time off work and wasted time on a fake court date. When I asked Ms. [redacted] in person she said it was a scare tactic.
