As an abiding member of this community for the past three years, I have made every attempts to follow the regulations of the community.With that being said, I do not accept the, so called, proposed resolution More to the point, there has been no attempt to resolve the matter by the HOAInstead of cordially resolving the matter, they have attempted to justify there actions.My issue still remains that I do not feel obligated or responsible for the additional attorney fees, as I have never received the letter they have attached, via standard mail, or certified letter.I retain my initial stance of immediately resolving the issue for the annual HOA fee of $After this matter is resolved, I'll be expecting a reimbursement check from the HOA for the amount I've paid to bring my account current (this includes the attorney fee and late fee)

Multiple invoices and late notices were sent prior to turning the account over for collections. This year, the owner made a payment to the association's collection attorney for these...

charges, attorney fees, and court costs, though he continued to incur additional HOA assessments while the attorney was collecting on the older balances. These assessments comprise the bulk of the balance still owed to Northpoint Village. A detailed accounting of the amount owed has been sent to this individual, and additional copies of that information are available upon request. This money is owed to the Northpoint Village Community Association, Inc., not Omni Management services. Omni simply handles the accounting and coordinates with the Association's collection attorney.
