I am rejecting this response because:
I have attached 2 pictures to this response. As you can see on the check it was cashed on the same day I asked him to return it back to me. There are no stamps on the check calming insufficient funds, no markings of any kind. They were more than enough funds in this account to cash this check. There's no bad check fees on the bank statement.  If you look at the signature on the bottom of this response it is the same signature that is on the back of this check. How would that be possible? So, no I do not agree with this response. I will not remove any reviews that I posted on any media sites. I have no reason too.. He sent me a personal email calling me a liar and my family scammers. There is no call for this. I have no reason to lie on Mr. [redacted] about anything. He has no reason to attack my character or my family he doesn't know me.  I've sent a complaint to the State Bar already and I am prepared to move forward with whatever is necessary. All I asked for were my funds back and I have to go thru all of this. He did not work for these funds and does not deserve keep them..

Review: I contacted Mr. [redacted] regarding help on my son case. He was paid $600.00 for his help but it was not needed. He agreed to refund me. Nothing yet.

I contacted Mr. [redacted] on a June 9, 2014 regarding help for my son criminal case. I told him what the case was about and that his regular attorney was not returning my calls. So, I figured since he was 18 now he needed an adult attorney. We agreed on a set price $2500.00 and I could make payments and he would work on my son case. My son met with him on June 11,2014 paid him $600.00 to start his case. I stayed in contact with him by text message, I informed him of what my son was trying to do. He did not work his case that weekend, he did not have any information on his case. So, on Monday June 17, 2014 my son turned himself into custody. I contacted Mr. [redacted] that afternoon and informed him that his attorney contacted me back and informed me she was still his attorney and was working on his case. I, Thanked him for his help and I asked if I could have a refund since he didn't have to work and he did not work on his case. He responded to me by telling me he cleared his calendar that whole day to work on his case. I only heard from him twice that day, he stated he spent 2 hrs at the Juvenile center working on his case. Yet, he had no files or anything on the case, he stated he didn't take on any new cases, he didn't work on any of his other cases. So, when I asked for proof of what he was doing for my son case. He didn't respond back. I wrote him a email and asked again for my funds back. He contacted me on June 20, 2014. We talked and came to agreement that he would return my funds back to me. He stated he would cut a check and send to the address that was on the check that was giving to him. A week has gone by. I tried contacting him again. I sent him a voicemail, 2 text messages and an email. And, I still have not heard from him. He did not have to work on my son case. I told him I appreciate him even trying to take the time out to help him. But, he did not work and I would like my funds back. Especially, since he already agreed to give them back.Desired Settlement: I'm just requesting that he return my funds back to me. It doesn't take a week to return funds, and I could come to the Oakland office and pick up the check. Mr. [redacted] did not have to work on the case nor did he work on the case. I made a simple mistake when I didn't hear back from my son regular attorney, I thought she did represent him since he turned 18. I appreciate Mr. [redacted] for talking with me and even agreeing to help me. But, the fact remains he did not do any work and he didn't
