I decided to file a bankruptcy case with Ted A Greene Inc, before I left the country for a few years on businessI asked the lawyer and staff if they would be able to complete my file before I left in Late FebruaryEach time I asked, they assured me that everything would be taken care of before I leftI trusted that it would be, So I paid my fee in full prior to my departure date( which was a few months in advance of leaving)As my departure date neared, I was still assured that there was still time and not to worry
I was not contacted by Ted A Greene Inc until after I left the countryI asked if there was anyway that I could still file from abroadTheir response was "no"I was told that I need to be present in order to continue
After, that I asked for a refund of my $1,500, and was told that I could only get $(filing fee) RETURNED
