We have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with [redacted] Her phone cannot except new messages and she hasn’t responded to multiple emails we have sent herI’m not quite sure what to doWe would like to work it out with her by either holding her file until she returns from overseas or refunding her ½ of the monies paidWe did work on her file and don’t believe it was our fault that we couldn’t get it done before she leftI don't think she factored in the 5-weeks that the Court takes to schedule her meeting of creditors which she has to be present forI would agree to refund her 1/of the money paid if she agrees to withdraw the complaint and not have it publishedI want to work it out with her but we can't seem to be able to get a hold of herthanks TED
