The law firm settled our case over 3 months ago and paid us only a percentage of the settlement we are still owed the balance . We have called the law firm weekly with no explanation other than we should receive it . We have received no verbal or written correspondence from the law firm we Have only spoken with the law firm secretary .
We are still owed between 5-8,000.00 dollars.
We have been told that the monies owed need to be calculated before a check can be sent but we have heard this for 3.5 months .
